Love this place! They are a smaller locally owned & operated business. Every one of those employees have been friendly & respectful. Their prices are more than fair but what's most important is the honesty, solid good work and reliability! Couldn't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Perfection Tires!

My family has been coming to this shop for years. My dad originally recommended them to me, and we used to trust them completely with our trucks . But this franchise has gone downhill incredibly fast. It has turned into a predatory, greedy operation that treats loyal customers like targets.I brought my 2013 Ford F-250 in because a set of one-year-old Cooper tires were severely chunking and delaminating. Right to my face, they inspected the truck, admitted it was an obvious manufacturer defect, and promised a full warranty credit. But the owner clearly trains their staff to run a greasy, deceptive operation the second they smell an opportunity to bleed a customer dry.The moment they realized they could recommend some mechanical work on my truck's front end, their entire story changed. They tried to hold my tire warranty credit hostage, completely flipping their narrative and falsely claiming I never rotated the tires We have been doing oil changes with them on regular bases and not once did they ask me or my wife for a rotation or alignment we bought them from you!!! . Too bad for them, the owner's little scam falls apart under basic inspection. On my printed legal invoice under Serv

I was greeted very nicely as soon as I walked in the front door and the gentleman that helped me with my tire and wheel needs was very professional. I also want to say how great and helpful the guys out in the shop were, they jumped out and helped me unload the tires and wheels from my truck. I stopped by first thing in the morning both Wednesday and Thursday for two different tire and wheel jobs and everything went great. I will definitely be a repeat customer. A coworker recommended Perfection to me and glad he did.

Service was top notch. Larry helped with a battery and tire sensors one day. I came back the very next day and was serviced by Kyle for a new set of tires. I had an idea of what I wanted and was given options with different price points to choose from. Both were very helpful as well as friendly and easy to talk to. I was in and out on both days quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend Perfection Tire in Coeur d’Alene and I will continue to use them for my vehicle needs. Well done guys!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Honest, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy! I cannot say enough good things about Perfection Tires and Aito Repairs and the exceptional service I received. I originally brought my vehicle in for an alignment, but during their inspection they discovered that repairs I had previously paid for at another shop had not actually been completed as indicated on my invoice. Instead of simply performing the alignment and sending me on my way, the team took the time to thoroughly explain what they found and showed me exactly what was happening underneath my vehicle. Kyle was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. The team quickly ordered the necessary parts and repaired my vehicle correctly, making it significantly safer than when I brought it in. They went above and beyond by checking my tire pressures and making sure my vehicle was safe for the road. A special thank you to Jordan, who took the time to thoroughly inspect my tires and ensure everything was safe and ready for driving. They even helped me plan
